How To Making A Living On Ebay With Ebooks

Start Your Business On Ebay

A couple of years ago I decided to make some extra money selling ebooks on the internet. One sound method I found was selling ebooks on eBay. One can learn how to create and sell ebooks in a very short time and eBay is the perfect venue for you to do this. Ebooks on Ebay can be a profit generating system due to the high volume of sellers looking to sell and buy eBooks and the simplicity with which you can get started with the auction system. If you've ever wondered what the simplest and most efficient way to make money on the internet could be, the answer is really quite simple. If you really want to make money online and not dabble in the get rich quick schemes that are prevalent all over the internet, sell eBooks on eBay.

Why eBay? What Do I Sell?

Now with all this money changing hands on the largest online auction site, many people have tried their hand at starting an ebay business. Not everyone is successful of course, but with a proper plan and diligent execution, you'll be able to join the thousands of individuals worldwide who make a decent addition to their income through the use of the eBay system. At EzinesToGo.com, we have compiled a fantastic collection of ebook material that can help almost anyone get their eBay business started with minimal investment. I mean everyone needs a place to start and what a better way than by offering the items that everyone needs. Information. Ebooks are one of the hottest selling items on eBay right now. Do a quick search and see how many different types of ebooks you can find. The numbers are staggering. It might seem that there are too many involved in this growing niche however, I believe that if you can offer information that helps individuals to get done what they need doing then you've already achieved the dream of most entrepreneurs. Right now in the USA there are over 50 million registered users of eBay, just ONE of the online auction sites. With numbers like this I'm quite sure you can see and appreciate that there are more than enough buyers and sellers to fulfill the supply and demand aspect of this entrepreneurial endeavor. That's one of the reasons why I think you'll love building your eBay business...the ability to earn a modest income and offer valuable insights to what it is people are looking for can be extremely rewarding. If carried out properly, you can learn, grow and apply this valuable technique of selling and automating your ebooks on eBay and be extremely successful with it.

Ebay Guidelines and Policies

As with all business there are guidelines that must be followed when deciding to sell on eBay. If you are selling ebooks on eBay, you must state that you own the copyright to the material. If you do state that you own the copyright or the rights to resell your ebook items, BE SURE that you do own or have the rights to do so. Without having the legal rights you can find yourself in a lot of legal hot water. Not only with eBay but with the copyright owners of your resell products as well. They will come after you legally if you try to pass off copy written material as your own. Ebay has very specific policies on selling ebooks so be SURE to read and follow all their policies. Failure to do this and to stay on top of what their policies are, could result in your auctions being shut down, or even having your account suspended.

Ebay Sellers and Success

It's true that eBay stores have remained a mystery to most eBay sellers for many years. The online non brick and mortar method to selling and marketing is a bit of learning curve for most of todays entrepreneurs but if the time is taken to learn the system properly one can make oodles more cash than 99% of the other eBay sellers out there. I believe the key to eBay success is the patience required to get past the newbie factor. The biggest obstacle for new eBay sellers is the patience required to gain the respect of the eBay community. When starting your eBay business, patience and systematic organization is required to get the oh so important feedback ratings. If you are like the majority of eBay sellers, you'll bumble through your first few dozen auctions, and then settle into a manageable routine. If you can make it through these beginning times you can eventually experience the true power of this one of a kind auction site.

Ebay Auctions and Stores

If you are truly serious about turning eBay into a steady stream of cash you'll need to set up your own eBay store. By having a store in place you can benefit from the traffic generated from your auctions. Using this system will save you money in the long run. Listing in a store will cost you much less per item than listings that you'll submit for auction. There is of course the monthly fee in order to maintain your store, however at some point you will be dealing with thousands of ebooks and the savings of listing most of your inventory in your store will justify this monthly fee. There is also the added advantage of using your auctions to drive traffic to a location that is loaded with inventory where buyers will almost always find something to meet their needs.

Auctions and Listings

Setting up a listing for an eBay Store is almost identical to setting up a listing for a standard eBay auction. The real beauty of the store is that your items will always be ready and available for buyers to browse at their leisure. Whether it's 2am or 7pm your store inventory will always be available for your buyers. This means that you can make money while you sleep. The beauty of electronic commerce in a nutshell! Now the potential for profits at online auction sites like eBay can be substantial. When done properly, your auctions can pull in almost 2 to 3 times more than your basic price listings in your store. One thing to remember is that the Internet is more than just eBay and other online auction sites! You can incorporate your own website into the equation and you can sell any products at all from your eBay store or your own website and this system will work just as well. So if you find you have a knack for this game, you may be able to add to the earning potential by expanding your inventory to include items other than just ebooks.

Your Own Ebooks On Ebay

The real potential to earn a residual long term income with ebooks is by creating your own. Potential buyers and sellers may need a book that takes them step-by-step through the eBay auction process and helps them become more successful over time. They may need a how-to ebook for dog care or automotive repair. Regardless of what topics you choose, there is the possibility of adding affiliate links in your ebooks that generate sales from which you can acquire a tidy profit via affiliate commission. You can even give these ebooks away as bonuses and have them distributed on your behalf with giveaway rights. This way your ebooks are spread throughout the internet without you knowing where they'll end up. Anytime someone clicks on your affiliate link...you make a commission. On top of this there is automated software that will send your ebook files to your eBay auction winners without you having to do anything! These guides will not only enhance your selling techniques but will also help you build a long term business that works for you while you sleep. What is so fantastic about all of this is that the whole point of selling ebooks on eBay is that you don't have to handle much of anything and you can make money, all while you sleep!

Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb

Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb
"If adventure has a name, it must be Indiana Jones." So says the Temple of Doom movie poster, and--Lara Croft notwithstanding--Indiana Jones is still synonymous with glory, romance, treasure, and adventure. Previous Indiana Jones games were produced by the graphic-adventure game masters at LucasArts. This latest installment is an action-oriented romp made by the Collective, the same development house that produced the critically acclaimed Buffy the Vampire Slayer for Xbox. The Buffy game engine is a good fit for Indy, as he travels the world on a quest to prevent the discovery of an ancient Chinese secret that could spell the end of creation itself.

Such a quest should be easy for an adventurer like Indy, and with game controls that are as well laid out as these, it is easy. Indy can run, jump, shimmy up ropes, swing with his whip, and duke it out with nasty villains. True to the movies, Indy also has to navigate an almost constant stream of deathtraps. Caves full of traps, ruins full of traps, medieval castles filled with traps, and guess what you find in China, yes, more traps. It gets repetitive, but the game has some clever tricks in its floppy hat. For example, skulls make noise, so Indy can toss a few and watch crocodiles target them instead of him.

Indy can execute quick punch combinations to knock his foes out, or he can pick up weapons such as a chair, plank of wood, machete, or firearm. His famous whip can be used to disarm foes. The only problem is the camera, which is difficult to keep in the right position--you have complete control of it, but it's hard to manage a camera while you're fighting a martial arts expert, a Nazi with a gun, or a poacher keen on decapitating Indy.

The graphics are good, pleasantly reminding you of some of the movies' more memorable locales. The in-game Indy mug looks like Harrison Ford down to the chin scar. Other ni

Customer Review: Still one of the best xbox games

Even though this game is a little old and I've bought other newer titles, this still remains one of my favorite games for my xbox.

The graphics on this one aren't the best, but are about average compared to others. If you look closely at Indy's face, he looks very cartoon-like as opposed to some higher level of detail found in games like Splinter Cell. The sound quality, like the graphics, aren't impressive, but don't sound generic like other games tend to.

It only takes a few short minutes to really get the hang of the controls and gameplay. Once mastered, you'll love how easy it is to whip out a gun or drink from your canteen to regain health.

Probably the game's low point is the fighting controls used against enemies. After a while, you find yourself beating up all enemies in generally the same way. Seeing as how fighting only has two buttons and pretty much no "special moves" there isn't a lot to do. But to save time, it's quicker to just shoot them.

But on the flip side, the high point of the game is the overall fun you'll have. The game is complicated enough to make it a challenge, but yet not too hard to make it frustrating. It's rare that you'll become completely stuck that you need to consult online help. The game will provide hours of non-stop fun.

Bottom line, dispite the newer games that have come out and all the games in my collection, Indiana Jones is the one I wind up playing time and time again.

Customer Review: let's kick some Nazi butt!

This is the best Indiana Jones game by far! The Infernal Machine sucked! I'm a fan of the movies and loved this game!

It's so fun to beat up Nazis, Chinese guards, Gestapo, the Black Dragon Triad, and much more!

It took me two years to beat this game and when i finally finished it, I didn't want it to be over!

You start out searching for the Idol of Kouru-Whatu, a mythical artifact located deep inside the caverens of Ceylon ( Sri-lanka). You get lots of time to get aquinted with the easy controls, and still get to kick some mercenary ass.

After that, you return to Barlem College where he is met by two people from china.

Marshall Kai, and his assistant Mei Ying, who of course becomes Indy's girlfriend.

This game is set in 1935 before the Temple of Doom. Anyway, you get hired to find a chinese artifact that was buried with the first emperor of China, Ch'in Shi'huang Ti. You go to Prague castle to search for the second part of the Mirror of Dreams, an object that can show you the hidden booby traps in the tomb.

It turns out that MarshaLL Kai is actually the leader of the Black Dragon Triad and had formed an alliance with the Nazis to recover the Heart of the Dragon. This leads to trouble and at the end you get to kill Kai with a sharp blade. All through Prague you'll be pitted against the merciless Gestapo.

Indy gets captured at prague and taken to istanbul for interogation. you break out of your cell and recover the third part of the mirror. Don't worry, the levels are easy to figure out complete with turkish/iraquis gaurds.

After that, Mei Ying invites indy to the Golden Lotus opera house in Hong Kong. Unfortuneatly, Marshall Kain interupts their quiet dinner and captures miss ying. You fight off fifty triad members and waiters before finding your way outside just as Mei is driven away in a car, tied up. You hitch a ride with Wu Han and engage in an intence shootout against cars and motorcycles pursuing you with machine guns. You end up at the docks just as mei ying and your nazi nemisis Von Beck sail away on a submarine.

you end up going to peng lai island, where kai's castle and a nazi base is located. you find a change of clothes and only keep your identity hidden for about two levels.

you get to kai's fortress and fight your way into the fortress. this is when you begin to fight zombies and other supernatural beings.

you get to the emperor's tomb and find the heart. bla bla bla........you win, after you kill of Marshall Kai. As for von beck, he falls into a bottomless pit a few levels earlier.

buy this game!

The Reminder

The Reminder
Feist is the solo project of Canada's Leslie Feist, a prolific artist who has also played in one capacity or another with Broken Social Scene, Kings of Convenience and half a dozen other bands. The Reminder, her third release, comes from the same well of quiet, appealing songwriting, and delicate vocalizations that made 2004's Let It Die such a sweet treat. This one is a bit more hushed and ballad heavy, closer to Cat Power than Peaches (with whom Feist has also worked with in the past) but maintains an indie-minded blend of confessional pop, jazzy folk, and lo-fi torch songs. The comparatively upbeat single "My Moon My Man" splits her voice off into unexpected harmonies, just dissonant enough to stick in your head. It's hard to predict where her melodies are going to end up; "Brandy Alexander" starts with a simple snap-pulse, and gradually unfolds into a cathartic chorus of sweeping vocal overlays. Throughout, the record profits from a simple, unfussy aesthetic that keeps the production minimal and the emphasis squarely on Feist's cracking, wistful vibrato. Everything sounds deliberate, but not obsessed over, like an e-mailed wedding invitation. It's a low-pressure vibe, welcoming and content to linger. And linger you will. --Matthew Cooke

Customer Review: I love the music of Feist

This is an interesting album by Feist. "1234" is the highlight of this disc. It is a fun song that makes me feel good. "Brandy Alexander" is a song about a love for a cocktail drink. I love the piano playing and her vocals on this track. "My Moon My Man" is a groovy track with a good beat. She takes the Nina Simone tune "Sea Lion" and makes it her own. She rocks on the guitar on this track. "So Sorry" is a beautiful song with a romantic tone. "Past In Present" is another pleasant upbeat track. "I Feel It All" is a track with good musical arrangements. I love all the percussion instruments on this track. "The Park" is a very soothing sounding track. There is something about her guitar playing that puts my mind at ease on this track. This is a very enjoyable disc from Feist.

Customer Review: Love this CD!

I don't know how I've missed "discovering" this wonderful artist until last year, but I'm making up for lost time. This is one amazingly terrific album!

The Thorn Birds - The Complete Miniseries

The Thorn Birds - The Complete Miniseries
The second most-watched miniseries (after Roots) of all time, The Thorn Birds was originally broadcast in 1983 and captivated viewers with its story of a lifelong conflict between the spirit and the flesh. Adapted from the bestselling novel by Colleen McCullough, the production stars Richard Chamberlain as a Catholic priest named Ralph de Bricassart, whose life in Australia between 1920 and 1962 is one long torment as he pines for his lover, Meggie Carson (Rachel Ward), while seeking advancement in his clergyman career. The passion and the guilt make for compelling drama, but a stellar cast of supporting players adds muscle to the proceedings: Barbara Stanwyck (who won an Emmy for her work as Meggie's tough grandmother), Jean Simmons, Richard Kiley, Christopher Plummer, Bryan Brown, and Mare Winningham. Chamberlain, who was something of the king of the miniseries form at the time, is very good in the lead, as is the often-underrated Ward. Their affair is indeed irresistible to watch, which proves to be true, too, of the story's thick weave of church politics, forbidden desire, social change over decades, and family secrets. --Tom Keogh

Customer Review: Thornbirds Fan must have

Fond memories of my childhood were watching the miniseries Thornbirds with my mom. Now I can share the experience with my own daughters. The VHS movies were a real treat when I didn't have a DVD player. Now I'd rather get the DVD version, but I'll keep my VHS tapes as long as the player works. Good quality recordings. Nice easy to identify packaging for my library.

Customer Review: Stupendous!!!

This miniseries is by far the best movie I have ever seen--and I've seen thousands! The acting, writing, directing, music, and design are all perfect. It touched me so deeply--because I could relate to many aspects of the story--that I thought about it for days. It never lost its believability and drew me deeper and deeper into its vortex of romantic suspense. Megee's self-sacrifice--placing Ralph's career above her own needs and desires--was so admirable. And her unfliching faithfulness to him despite her lonliness, if not emptiness, was even more divine than the faithfulness Ralph professed to God. She becomes a true heroine but in a different way, an inner way, than we usually think of heroines.

A truly great, memorable, monumental achievement--one that many persons on many levels can and will appreciate for many years to come. I will never sell my copy--so much pleasure has it given me!--and I will probably watch it at least once a year. If you haven't yet seen it, please do--and discover an experience unlike any you have ever had in movie-going!

And Oh yes, make sure you've got a good supply of tissues, instead of popcorn, at your side--you'll really need them! As I end this, I can still hear that haunting, lilting, heart-wrenching musical theme weaving in and out of my mind, and Megee's last speech to Father Ralph--a secret she hid for so long to protect him from leaving the calling he loved so well.

Wow!

Customer Review: Please make it PG-13

This is definitely Scary. For young children this movie is way too scary and my kids don't freak to easily.

I can see how others like it. But becareful how you intriduce it to your child.

Customer Review: Bad movie for young kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Timothy Lee-you should be ashamed to let your 4 year old watch this movie over and over. This movie crosses many lines of cartoon and horror flick. Compared to the other Scooby movies, this is more graphic and not quite so much fun. It is fine for teens and up, but get real. This shouldn't be a movie called a 'family' movie, and you should be doing the responsible thing and knowing what is OK and what isn't for young children to watch. Your 4 year old relies on you to be his parent-so be one!
